Here are six ways to recycle free publicity:

1. Use an Email Signature File :

For that email you have, you can put your signature file on the end of the e-mail. You can include contact information and your web site URL as the signature at your e-mail.

2. Recycle at Your Website

Post timely news releases, post a list of all media appearances in your online media room and or print and media kits articles written by and about you, with permission.

3. Use Reprints

Send a reprint of a daily, weekly or monthly newspaper story about you to an editor at a daily newspaper, along with a pitch letter offering an angle different from the angle the daily, weekly or monthly pursued, you can send your articles in trade publications to editors anywhere.

4. Turn How-to Articles into Tip Sheets

If you write a 600-word how-to article, you can turn it into a one-page tip sheet. You can also turn tip sheets into how-to articles.

5. Use the Editorial Page

6. Use Testimonials

Pull quotes from great book reviews you receive and use them everywhere at your website, in your marketing materials, paid ads, media kit, etc. Otherwise you can offer your testimonials to other people whose products and services you love, and invite them to use your photo.
